Hi Folks,
Have you asked yourselves "Am I helping Square Dancing"? Why don't you ask yourself that question? As you know our favorite past time is hurting everywhere and we need to do our part in helping it survive and thrive once again. The best way is to attend the dances at our club and when asked to participate in the various functions, take the time to do it. In looking at the 2008 Membership Roster there are at least 7 squares listed and we are lucky to put 3 squares on the floor. I realize that some of us are physically unable to attend every dance or dance every tip but I know from experience that it is easy to form a habit of not attending and making excuses when you don't attend. Are you aware of the mental and physical benefits derived from our dancing? Ask your Doctor or Google it and find out. My Cardiologist recommends it. Help us out folks. Remember we are starting classes in January. Bring a friend or relative.
